RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for choosing Ascension Skin as your skincare provider. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we strive to provide our customers with a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

Please note that we offer refunds and/or exchanges for products purchased within the first 30 days of your purchase. Regrettably, we cannot offer refunds and/or exchanges for products purchased beyond the 30-day period.

To be eligible for a refund and/or exchange, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including the box, which should be undamaged. Kindly note that we reserve the right to reject a refund and/or exchange request if the product does not meet our standards for resale.

If you are requesting a refund, please allow for up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment used for the original purchase.
